Vertical base chest

This box offers you a good loading capacity for your accessories, whether for the barbecue or sporting goods. The all-aluminum construction and TIG welding guarantee unmatched quality. We use 0.080 inch thick aluminum to allow the box to be both ultra-strong and lightweight. It is equipped with a push-to-open flip lock with key lock, 2 flip latches for better sealing and a stainless steel piano hinge. It is possible to add some elements like a wood basket above, a perforated door front, multi-hole internal panels for attaching and securing our accessories. It contains an internal rail system to accommodate shelves if needed.

Note: Chests may not be 100% waterproof.

Warnings:

• May cause reversing sensors to beep when reversing (varies by van)
• Do not add additional items such as fuel cans or similar to the exterior of the box. This will void your warranty, as it significantly increases the weight's leverage when closing the door.
• When fully loaded, the door should be closed intentionally, not slammed.
• Overloading boxes or accessories may damage doors and hinges, which will void your warranty.

Assembly :

Boxes require a single tubular bracket, a full door, or a Deluxe model bracket to be mounted on the van. Installation is available at our facility for $150.

At Phlö System, all our products are made to order, requiring a production time of 6 to 8 weeks. After your pre-order, we will contact you with additional information.

Delivery :

This product requires installation exclusively in the Quebec City area. After your pre-order, the Phlö System team will contact you to verify the feasibility of your project and schedule the installation.
